Peter's home in Sarasota is a gem! The location was ideal for our family...close to downtown, a quick drive to Lido Key or Siesta Key, and central to tons of shops/restaurants. We very much appreciated the comfortable beds and sofa. The kitchen and bathrooms are fantastic. The pool is the perfect size for a family. Fans were provided to assist with keeping individual rooms cooler due to the extreme Florida heat. Peter was prompt to respond to all questions. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again if we were in the area.

The stay was amazing and the home was gorgeous. There were clear instructions or video instructions for everything, all of the light switches were labeled. The only regret was I wish we stayed longer. Guests enjoyed the views, patios, hot tubs, and saunas the most. We did inform the host we will have a dog, and they provided a bunch of additional items to make sure our furry guest was happy and the place stayed clean. A huge plus was the kitchen is stocked and there are a couple of grocery stores nearby.

What a great property. We spent the weekend here and spent a lot of our time outside in the pool, cooking, and playing pool. Beautiful home with extremely high quality finishes and attention to detail all around the home. Pebble Tech pool was amazing, and loved the waterfall and spa. Great place for a weekend getaway for a few weeks to unwind. Can’t wait to stay at the villa again. Love this home.

Our Trip there for the week of the Fourth was amazing! The house was exactly like the pictures, everything was lovely! The pool and the pool table was the big hits for us, we recommend anyone wanting to stay in or near Sarasota to book this house, it was beautiful!

We’re convinced this is the best spot in Colorado. The house has everything you need and they have gone above and beyond, thinking of every extra detail to make the stay perfect. Amazing views! Super friendly and responsive hosts. This is a once and a life time stay!

This was our first time staying at an Airbnb and it did not disappoint. This place was so beautiful and spacious. That gave my wife and I and our grown children and their significant others plenty of privacy and comfort. We enjoyed the theater room for a movie night, and the huge backyard and swimming pool throughout our stay. The pool table was probably the most popular place in the house for our kids. There are plenty of restaurants and other shops in the area but we enjoyed the house so much more. We hired private chef’s for my wife’s 50th birthday celebration and they used the kitchen alongside the outdoor kitchen to cook for us. All appliances were very clean and in good condition. We definitely had a 10/10 experience! Our host Peter was responsive prior to our arrival and throughout our visit. Highly recommended.

Absolutely loved this house -- it's airy, clean, and most of all has a world-class panoramic view. The systems all work well, from the spacious, well-pressured showers to the Cafe appliances in the kitchen, the motorized blinds to the jacuzzi tub. Clearly a lot of thought was put into this house's design, and we loved having so much original art around. There were thoughtful touches all over, like the sound machines and salt lamps in the bedrooms, a welcoming note and bottle of win,e and water in the drinks fridge. Thank you, I would love to stay again sometime.

We had an incredible stay at Peter’s home in Santa Rosa! It was easily one of the most well-stocked Airbnbs we’ve ever experienced—especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed to cook comfortably. Peter was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. Even when I asked things he had already covered in the info he provided, he answered promptly and with kindness. The neighborhood amenities, including the pool and fitness room, are within walking distance and absolutely beautiful. The area feels private and secure, yet it's conveniently close to a great coffee shop and several excellent restaurants. Renting the golf cart is a must—it made beach access and getting around 30A so easy. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommend!!!

Fantastic place with all the amenities, great location near, restaurants, shopping, beaches and the Orioles spring training camp, and an extremely responsive host who went out of his way to make sure we had a wonderful stay. The entire place is very luxurious and updated tastefully. There is plenty of seating for large groups in the kitchen, family room and on the pool deck. The host provides beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and even a wagon to carry all your stuff to the beach. Lido beach is minutes away and has free parking. Definitely a great place in Sarasota. I highly recommend it and will be back in the future.
