Pool & Hot Tub Heating: An additional fee of $50 per day applies to all reservations from October through April to heat the pool and hot tub. Family-Friendly: A Pack ’n Play/travel crib and a standalone high chair are available for your use. Laundry: A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the primary bedroom's walk-in closet for guest use. House Rules

- No shoes inside the house. Please use shoe basket by front yard. - If you use any of the supplied beach towels, you are responsible for washing, drying, folding and putting them back in the towel basket for the next guests. $100 charge if you leave dirty towels as the cleaners charge us extra to clean them. - If you bing a dog ($150 per dog per stay fee), you must clean up after him/her or there will be an additional $100 charge for any messes that our cleaner finds and has to clean up. Also, if you leave the house without your dog(s), they must be crated and not left to roam the house, yard or locked in a room by themselves. You are responsible for any damage your dog does to the house. - Quiet time outside begins as 10pm. Music volume and voices must be lowered in respect to our neighbors. While we have plenty of space between houses, voices and music carry, so please be respectful of this rule. Any noise complaint from neighbors that we receive after 10pm will result in a $500 fee. We nope never to have to charge a guest for this. Please be respectful of our neighbors. Thank you!

Guest Access

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire villa and its one-acre grounds. This includes all bedrooms, living areas, the home theater, the pool, hot tub, and all outdoor amenities. The only exceptions are a locked owner's storage shed and the owner's private refrigerator located in the garage.

This home has everything needed to feel at home. From pool towels to a kitchen that has everything needed to cook for a large group. The home is laid out very well with room to have your own space - indoors or outdoors. Lots to do, everyone in the group had something to do - movie theatre is a great bonus - nice option to get kids out of the pool for a while. Peter was very accommodating, great communicator and quickly responded to any inquiry.

What a great property. We spent the weekend here and spent a lot of our time outside in the pool, cooking, and playing pool. Beautiful home with extremely high quality finishes and attention to detail all around the home. Pebble Tech pool was amazing, and loved the waterfall and spa. Great place for a weekend getaway for a few weeks to unwind. Can’t wait to stay at the villa again. Love this home.

This was our first time staying at an Airbnb and it did not disappoint. This place was so beautiful and spacious. That gave my wife and I and our grown children and their significant others plenty of privacy and comfort. We enjoyed the theater room for a movie night, and the huge backyard and swimming pool throughout our stay. The pool table was probably the most popular place in the house for our kids. There are plenty of restaurants and other shops in the area but we enjoyed the house so much more. We hired private chef’s for my wife’s 50th birthday celebration and they used the kitchen alongside the outdoor kitchen to cook for us. All appliances were very clean and in good condition. We definitely had a 10/10 experience! Our host Peter was responsive prior to our arrival and throughout our visit. Highly recommended.

The house was awesome and in a great location. If you're golfing at Troon, Grey Hawk and any other that are in north Scottsdale this is super close to all. Loads of stuff around and Mastros steakhouse is 5 mins away. Super close to Scottsdale airport as well. The house exceeded expectations. Large rooms with King beds and plenty of dinning space with a beautiful kitchen. Back yard was incredible. Nice, clean pool with putting green and lots to do. This is a great stay for anyone! Do not miss out! We will be back! Thanks Peter!!
