The house was cozy and had everything that we needed to enjoy the beach, take advantage of the pool, and make some good meals. The golf cart was so convenient for the six of us to get to town. We very much enjoyed our stay and appreciated Peter’s great communication. Thank you!

This is a magnificent place. The rooms are spacious and welcoming. It has nice, thoughtful, touches everywhere. It was spotless upon our arrival. Everything was in fine working order. The house manual that was provided was thorough and helpful. Peter was quick to respond when we had questions. Our experience at Peter's place was everything we hoped for when we scheduled our Scottsdale vacation.

We absolutely enjoyed our Spring Break staying in Peter’s and Dorinda’s AirBnB. Excellent location in Scottsdale - 10 min drive to Scottsdale Fashion Square, 4 min drive to Great Wolf Lodge, 6 min drive to OdySea Aquarium, 13 min drive to Kierland Commons and is located conveniently near the 101 (excellent for navigating to the Spring Training baseball stadiums) and Talking Sticks area. We absolutely loved the amenities - pool, hot tub, pool table, and the outdoor fireplace and grill. One evening, we grilled and enjoyed a delicious family meal! Peter was very responsive and a great host! Being able to have our little Maltese with us was also a big bonus. We had a wonderful stay, thank you!

Staying a month at a rental home you learn about owners and their home. The host(s) were incredibly helpful and supportive as we enjoyed this perfect 30A location. The home was perfect for our visiting family with lots of room to spread out; 3 separate bedrooms, bathrooms and porches allowed room for everyone. The gated community was super welcoming, clubhouse awesome for workouts and swimming. The community vegetation/plantings plus Cypress conservation areas made for a beautiful daily walks. We rented the LSV cart which was perfect for our trips up and down 30A. We believe this is the best place to experience the area beaches; 3 separate beach access parking lots. The cart loaded up with provided chairs, umbrellas and other assorted beach stuff made daily trips fun. There are provided bikes and a dedicated bike path 18 miles alongside 30A. Destination trips to Seaside were our favorite. We made our way from Gulf Shores, AL to St George Island; This location was awesome!

We were lucky enough to spend our honeymoon here! Best stay we’ve ever had at an airbnb. The hosts bought us champagne and chocolate covered strawberries to celebrate our marriage 🥹🖤 truly beautiful property, truly wonderful hosts.

What an awesome place with an exceptional host. Beautiful home and the scenery, especially the sun rises are spectacular. Hot tub and sauna as the snow fell was a bonus to a magical visit. Place was clean, has everything you need, and no need to do anything else except enjoy the home. Great parks in the area with endless outdoor activities for hiking enthusiasts. We spent 9 days there and loved every minute of it.

This place was perfect for us. We were here for MLB spring training, and the house was located conveniently to most of the fields. Loved the kitchen, as we normally make our own meals, but we did splurge and went to J &G Steakhouse at the Phoenician Resort. Very expensive, but it was our 40th wedding anniversary and was well worth it. Our Airbnb host, Peter, was very responsive and we were able to get early checkin . Thanks for a wonderful stay. The heated pool and hot tub were an added bonus.

This house was the perfect spot for a family with kids. Close to Orioles Spring Training and a short drive to all the great spots to eat around bayfront. Peter has all the pool and beach supplies you need and the rooms are spaced out and thoughtfully decorated. You really don’t need much when you come here! The kitchen is stocked and the plastic dinning items were perfect for outback. It looks and feels like a relaxing resort. We would 100 percent stay here again.

Great house! Very relaxing and kids really enjoyed the relaxation deck. Lots of snow on our last day which made it fun for everyone. Toilets were awesome! Floor to ceiling windows were cool to wake up with the sunrise everyday. Overall great winter break with our kiddos.
