Pool Heating Pool heating is available October through April for $25 per day. If you would like the pool heated during your stay, please request it prior to arrival so the pool can reach the desired temperature. Work From Home Ready The home is equipped with free high-speed Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace with a printer is located in the primary bedroom. Security Cameras For guest safety and property security, the home has exterior security cameras located at the front entrance and overlooking the driveway. Our house is perfectly located in the historic Scottsdale Sands neighborhood, just minutes from the spring training fields, Old Town, TPC Scottsdale Champions Course and many other fabulous golf courses, and the amazing restaurants and shopping Scottsdale is known for. We are also just minutes from Mountain View Park, which has two tennis courts, a volleyball court, basketball court, baseball field and playground. Fun for the whole family!

This place was perfect for us. We were here for MLB spring training, and the house was located conveniently to most of the fields. Loved the kitchen, as we normally make our own meals, but we did splurge and went to J &G Steakhouse at the Phoenician Resort. Very expensive, but it was our 40th wedding anniversary and was well worth it. Our Airbnb host, Peter, was very responsive and we were able to get early checkin . Thanks for a wonderful stay. The heated pool and hot tub were an added bonus.

This was the perfect setup for two couples for a weekend getaway. Location was great. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and is convenient to all locations in the Scottsdale area. Everything was clean and comfortable. Needed the host to send the hot tub person for some maintenance which he did immediately. The second bedroom has a skylight right in the middle of the ceiling. It’s not great if you’re trying to get an extra hour of sleep. I would suggest a motorized blind for that if possible. Otherwise we loved it!

Place was clean. nice and what we needed. The kitchen was nice and big. The back patio was great had a sectional, hot tub and pool. We got in the hot tub but not the pool(water was to cold). Would stay again. The host Peter was very responsive if we had any questions and very helpful.

Beautiful place right in McCormick Ranch area (which is awesome!) Very clean!! Well-executed rental: helpful house manual, labels everywhere, small details like dark cosmetic towels in bathrooms, extra pillows and blankets in closets, and coffee beans and sweeteners provided. Well stocked kitchen (cooked our annual batch of New Years chili with no problem). Gorgeous backyard with pool and hot tub. Gracious host who promptly answered any questions and provided recos. Would definitely return!

The house was absolutely wonderful. Peter was very responsive when we showed up and a snafu had occurred and the cleaning company had not yet cleaned. He got a crew out there while we were doing our Thanksgiving dinner shopping and we returned to a clean house. It’s a splurge, but totally worth it. So comfortable, and all of the extra amenities were extremely fun to use. Looking forward to making this place a tradition for our family.
