Welcome to Serenity in Sarasota! Enjoy a stylish experience at this newly remodeled (2023) 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home. This isn't just a rental; it's our cherished home, thoughtfully designed for comfort, relaxation, and creating memories. The heart of the home is the open-plan living space, where you can challenge friends to a game on the pool table. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked for your culinary adventures, featuring a large island with bar seating for four. Gather for meals at the dining table that comfortably seats eight. Bedrooms & Bathrooms Primary Suite: Features a King bed and a spa-like bathroom with a giant shower, a luxurious soaking tub, and a double vanity. Two King Bedrooms: Each offers a comfortable King bed. Bunk Room: Perfect for kids or larger groups, this room has a Queen/XL Twin bunk bed plus a separate Twin bunk bed, sleeping up to five guests. All Bedrooms: Three of the four bedrooms include a 55" TV, and all have large closets and luggage racks. A Pack 'n Play/travel crib is also available. Guest Bathrooms: The two additional full bathrooms have large showers. We provide hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap in all bathrooms. Outdoor Oasis Step into the huge, beautifully landscaped backyard and discover your private resort. The large, heated pool is the centerpiece, complete with pool toys. The outdoor kitchen and BBQ grill are perfect for an evening cookout. Relax on the sectional sofa around the fire pit, dine al fresco at the 8-person table, or lounge by the pool on one of four comfortable chairs with umbrellas. You can even catch the game on the 55" outdoor TV. This house was the perfect spot for a family with kids. Close to Orioles Spring Training and a short drive to all the great spots to eat around bayfront. Peter has all the pool and beach supplies you need and the rooms are spaced out and thoughtfully decorated. You really don’t need much when you come here! The kitchen is stocked and the plastic dinning items were perfect for outback. It looks and feels like a relaxing resort. We would 100 percent stay here again.

Peters house was absolutely perfect. It was spacious and new, high end and had all the luxuries we wanted for this trip. The private backyard and heated pool, the indoor pool table and tv/surround system in the living room, everything was thoroughly appreciated. Lido Beach, Siesta Key, Sarasota - thanks for a memorable trip.

We loved staying at Peter’s place. The pool and outside area was amazing. The bathrooms are all newly updated and clean. The kitchen has everything you need. And the houses central location made it easy to get to local beaches. The house even had a beach cart which made it easier to carry everything. I would definitely recommend Peter’s house to anyone looking for a rental in Sarasota.

Peter's home in Sarasota is a gem! The location was ideal for our family...close to downtown, a quick drive to Lido Key or Siesta Key, and central to tons of shops/restaurants. We very much appreciated the comfortable beds and sofa. The kitchen and bathrooms are fantastic. The pool is the perfect size for a family. Fans were provided to assist with keeping individual rooms cooler due to the extreme Florida heat. Peter was prompt to respond to all questions. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again if we were in the area.

Our Trip there for the week of the Fourth was amazing! The house was exactly like the pictures, everything was lovely! The pool and the pool table was the big hits for us, we recommend anyone wanting to stay in or near Sarasota to book this house, it was beautiful!
