We loved staying at Peter’s place. The pool and outside area was amazing. The bathrooms are all newly updated and clean. The kitchen has everything you need. And the houses central location made it easy to get to local beaches. The house even had a beach cart which made it easier to carry everything. I would definitely recommend Peter’s house to anyone looking for a rental in Sarasota.

If you love sunrises, then you’ll really love pressing a single button (automatic shades) and enjoying them from bed. We beat the sun up every day! The House was just as advertised and a special secluded getaway. We will definitely return!

This home has everything needed to feel at home. From pool towels to a kitchen that has everything needed to cook for a large group. The home is laid out very well with room to have your own space - indoors or outdoors. Lots to do, everyone in the group had something to do - movie theatre is a great bonus - nice option to get kids out of the pool for a while. Peter was very accommodating, great communicator and quickly responded to any inquiry.

We've stayed at this lovely clean house 3 times now. Well decorated. Very clean and well suplied. Great kitchen. Private pool. Secure garage with Ping ball table. Nice quiet neighborhood. Lots of nice restaurants near by. We walk there often. Owner is friendly and responsive. Looking forward to our visit next year!

The Zen Treehouse exceeded all expectations. The views were absolutely spectacular and even more beautiful than the pictures. The peace and quiet, the quality of all the amenities, kitchen and appliances, AV, sound system - top notch. One of the best homes we've stayed in and just the perfect R&R to celebrate a milestone birthday. We will be back to visit the hummingbirds! Our stay was absolutely amazing. The whole house was put together with relaxation and ease in mind, so If you’re looking for a place to escape and slow down this is it. You can tell a lot of thought went into making this place something unforgettable. Everything was high quality from the comfortable beds / furniture to the surround sound and relaxation deck, right down to the espresso / coffee machine everything was amazing. The views from the decks are something I’ll never forget and waking up and enjoying the sunrise with great coffee was a nice little highlight. If we ever return to Colorado this is the first place I’m looking to book.

Being a Airbnb host myself, I think Peter is a fantastic host. I normally look for homes that you can tell that the owner has put their own special touches in there, to make you feel at home. There is nothing better than arriving at an Airbnb and not needing to immediately find a store because the home has just the bare necessities. We didn’t have to buy anything other than our food and drinks. They have everything you need to cook with, Ann abundance of towels and toiletries and ALL the stuff you need to go to the beach or the pool. And the clubhouse and pool amenities were one of the best I have experienced. Some days we were the only ones in the gorgeous infinity pool. The gated community was perfect for walking and we felt comfortable with our grandkids riding the bikes alone. If you’re looking for the perfect place to vacation, look no further!

We had such a wonderful stay at Cypress Dunes! Our family loved the private, laid-back neighborhood and the peaceful atmosphere. The amenities were fantastic, especially the beautiful pool, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Getting to the beach was quick and easy with the golf cart, making it super convenient for our group. The house was a perfect fit for our family of 5 adults and 1 toddler. We especially loved the screened-in porches, where we spent our mornings enjoying coffee and our evenings playing late-night Scrabble games. This was truly a relaxing and memorable getaway, and we’re already looking forward to visiting again very soon!

Zen at its finest! Zen Treehouse is like nothing I’ve experienced before. From communication with hosts to pristine accommodations, this place was top notch. I would give them 10 stars if possible. I can’t say enough about the gorgeous views, serenity of the home and beautifully decorated spaces. Amenities were aplenty…besides glamping, the hot tub & sauna, we particularly loved the espresso machine as one of the gals in our group is a former barista. You won’t find a kinder more professional host than Cristine. We attribute much of the enjoyment of our travels in Colorado to her. We will definitely come back, we will most definitely work with Cristine again and we will make sure to recommend Zen Treehouse to everyone!
