What an awesome place with an exceptional host. Beautiful home and the scenery, especially the sun rises are spectacular. Hot tub and sauna as the snow fell was a bonus to a magical visit. Place was clean, has everything you need, and no need to do anything else except enjoy the home. Great parks in the area with endless outdoor activities for hiking enthusiasts. We spent 9 days there and loved every minute of it.

This place was perfect for us. We were here for MLB spring training, and the house was located conveniently to most of the fields. Loved the kitchen, as we normally make our own meals, but we did splurge and went to J &G Steakhouse at the Phoenician Resort. Very expensive, but it was our 40th wedding anniversary and was well worth it. Our Airbnb host, Peter, was very responsive and we were able to get early checkin . Thanks for a wonderful stay. The heated pool and hot tub were an added bonus.

This house was the perfect spot for a family with kids. Close to Orioles Spring Training and a short drive to all the great spots to eat around bayfront. Peter has all the pool and beach supplies you need and the rooms are spaced out and thoughtfully decorated. You really don’t need much when you come here! The kitchen is stocked and the plastic dinning items were perfect for outback. It looks and feels like a relaxing resort. We would 100 percent stay here again.

Great house! Very relaxing and kids really enjoyed the relaxation deck. Lots of snow on our last day which made it fun for everyone. Toilets were awesome! Floor to ceiling windows were cool to wake up with the sunrise everyday. Overall great winter break with our kiddos.

This was the perfect setup for two couples for a weekend getaway. Location was great. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and is convenient to all locations in the Scottsdale area. Everything was clean and comfortable. Needed the host to send the hot tub person for some maintenance which he did immediately. The second bedroom has a skylight right in the middle of the ceiling. It’s not great if you’re trying to get an extra hour of sleep. I would suggest a motorized blind for that if possible. Otherwise we loved it!

Peter is one of those hosts who truly goes above and beyond. From clear communication to graciously accommodating a late checkout, he made our stay incredibly comfortable and stress-free. Place was clean. nice and what we needed. The kitchen was nice and big. The back patio was great had a sectional, hot tub and pool. We got in the hot tub but not the pool(water was to cold). Would stay again. The host Peter was very responsive if we had any questions and very helpful.

Peter's place was great! Perfect location, nice inside, parking is ideal for winter, and excellent views of big mountain from the hot tub. Was well appointed, clean, comfortable bed, and everything was super easy. 10/10 would return. thanks!

Beautiful place right in McCormick Ranch area (which is awesome!) Very clean!! Well-executed rental: helpful house manual, labels everywhere, small details like dark cosmetic towels in bathrooms, extra pillows and blankets in closets, and coffee beans and sweeteners provided. Well stocked kitchen (cooked our annual batch of New Years chili with no problem). Gorgeous backyard with pool and hot tub. Gracious host who promptly answered any questions and provided recos. Would definitely return!

Our stay at the Zen Treehouse was nothing short of absolute perfection. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The views are truly breathtaking the kind that stop you in your tracks and instantly calm your soul. Sitting in the hot tub while snow fell around us was pure magic and something we’ll never forget. We did our New Year countdown in the hot tub. Cozy doesn’t even begin to describe it. The fireplaces created the perfect mountain atmosphere, and the fire pits were ideal for roasting marshmallows under the stars. Every single detail in the house was thoughtfully curated. The space was immaculate, beautiful, and warm. Luxury meets comfort in the best way possible. And as a bonus, the bathroom amenities were all Aveda (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotions) which felt like such a thoughtful, high end touch and made the experience even more special. The hosts were on point from start to finish. I highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
