Peter is one of those hosts who truly goes above and beyond. From clear communication to graciously accommodating a late checkout, he made our stay incredibly comfortable and stress-free. Place was clean. nice and what we needed. The kitchen was nice and big. The back patio was great had a sectional, hot tub and pool. We got in the hot tub but not the pool(water was to cold). Would stay again. The host Peter was very responsive if we had any questions and very helpful.

Peter's place was great! Perfect location, nice inside, parking is ideal for winter, and excellent views of big mountain from the hot tub. Was well appointed, clean, comfortable bed, and everything was super easy. 10/10 would return. thanks!

Beautiful place right in McCormick Ranch area (which is awesome!) Very clean!! Well-executed rental: helpful house manual, labels everywhere, small details like dark cosmetic towels in bathrooms, extra pillows and blankets in closets, and coffee beans and sweeteners provided. Well stocked kitchen (cooked our annual batch of New Years chili with no problem). Gorgeous backyard with pool and hot tub. Gracious host who promptly answered any questions and provided recos. Would definitely return!

Our stay at the Zen Treehouse was nothing short of absolute perfection. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The views are truly breathtaking the kind that stop you in your tracks and instantly calm your soul. Sitting in the hot tub while snow fell around us was pure magic and something we’ll never forget. We did our New Year countdown in the hot tub. Cozy doesn’t even begin to describe it. The fireplaces created the perfect mountain atmosphere, and the fire pits were ideal for roasting marshmallows under the stars. Every single detail in the house was thoughtfully curated. The space was immaculate, beautiful, and warm. Luxury meets comfort in the best way possible. And as a bonus, the bathroom amenities were all Aveda (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotions) which felt like such a thoughtful, high end touch and made the experience even more special. The hosts were on point from start to finish. I highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Peters house was absolutely perfect. It was spacious and new, high end and had all the luxuries we wanted for this trip. The private backyard and heated pool, the indoor pool table and tv/surround system in the living room, everything was thoroughly appreciated. Lido Beach, Siesta Key, Sarasota - thanks for a memorable trip.

Our stay at the Zen Treehouse was an incredibly scenic and relaxing holiday. The house was immaculate, the views from every room were incredible, and our hosts were very proactive in ensuring we had all the information we needed for our stay. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a modern take on a mountain getaway.

One of our favorite Airbnbs! The Zen Treehouse was so cozy and a perfect place to stay for a little getaway with our pup. We had such a wonderful time and were so happy with the place and all of its amenities. Some of our favorite things about this place includes the magnificent view, the warm and inviting fireplaces, and the fully stocked kitchen for all our cooking needs! You can really tell that the hosts (shoutout to Peter & Cristine) do their best to make sure you feel welcome and at home by providing you with everything needed for a peaceful stay. We absolutely loved this place and so did our pup and we can’t wait to be back again someday! Thank you!

The house was absolutely wonderful. Peter was very responsive when we showed up and a snafu had occurred and the cleaning company had not yet cleaned. He got a crew out there while we were doing our Thanksgiving dinner shopping and we returned to a clean house. It’s a splurge, but totally worth it. So comfortable, and all of the extra amenities were extremely fun to use. Looking forward to making this place a tradition for our family.

5+ stars! Excellent interior. Clean! Great finishes, fixtures and appliances. Nice pool and beach toys. Generous supply of kitchenware, paper goods, soaps, etc. We’ve rented several other similar properties- this is the best one by far.
